  • What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal, and Credit Card, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay ( Visa, Mastercard)

  • How long does shipping take?

We take pride in being able to offer great quality products at affordable prices. We ship directly from our warehouse and shipping can take between 10-25 business days depending on where you live in the world.   • What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free!

  • Will I receive tracking information with my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is ready to dispatch, a tracking number will be generated and added to your order.

  • Does Captured Styl ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and Europe. 

  • Do I have to pay tax?

Please be aware that some countries charge a small customs fee that is outside of our control. Responsibility for any import duty/VAT due is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods. 

  • Can I edit my order details?

We can only make changes to your order if it hasn't been passed onto our warehouse yet. This usually takes around 30 mins from when you place an order with us.

Please send us an email as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once it has been processed for shipping unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. 

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once placed. If you no longer wish to receive the item. Once it has been delivered to you, contact us and we can arrange for a refund.
